What We Do
EnglishCoach works with organisations across the world and helps teams improve their business
Learning outcomes are aligned to business goals and teams are able to improve performance by becoming effective communicators.
Our experts work to bring down miscommunications, improve clarity and enhance results in your team’s written and verbal communication.
How We Work
An assessment of the learner’s proficiency in grammar, reading and writing skills, as well as in verbal and non-verbal communication is done. We also speak to stakeholders and management to understand their expectations.
The training delivery consists of learning sessions with a certified trainer, and includes videos, role plays and interactive exercises to make learning engaging. A workbook is provided to each participant as a reference guide.
Post training support ensures learning is effective. Participants send us real-time emails for feedback, receive tips on communication and also practice the skills they’ve picked up on our Learning Management System.
